I'm Lucy and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I first became interested in permanent make up when looking in to having my own eye brows tattooed. I became fascinated by the transformation that these procedures can create and the confidence they can promote in people and I realised that I wanted to train in this field. After careful consideration and lots of research I decided to train with Dermace, one of the country’s leading training academies and currently the only training center to be awarded the Habia center of expertise for permanent make up.
My love of make up served me well and I excelled in my training finding that I had a very natural ability. On completion of my training I set up my home-based clinic in Rayleigh, Essex. My clinic offers a modern, clinical and private setting for all your needs. I am fully insured and registered with the local authority. From my clinic I am able to offer my clients a discreet service in a friendly, welcoming environment. I also work with several clinics/salons across Essex for clients that are based further afield.
I received recognition for my hard work in 2016 when I was awarded 2nd place ‘best new artist’ at the Micropigmentation UK awards. I was also awarded further in 2018 at the PMU conference and awards for my eyeliner techniques, and then again by the Britih hair and Beauty Awards.
My eyeliner technique has become so popular that in 2020 I successfully trade marked my style and eyeliner teaching method and the 'PixelFlick liner®' technique was officially born! As well as offering this service to my clients I regularly train other established PMU artists who would like to offer my technique.
I am proud to say that I am a BUPA recognised provider and regularly offer medical tattooing services for breast cancer survivors, an area that I am extremely passionate about.
I feel strongly that each client is an individual and therefore requires a bespoke treatment. To achieve this for my clients I provide a detailed free consultation, during which we can talk through your expectations and decide on the most suitable treatment for you.
No question is too small so please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any queries.
Lucy x
